The ravine house has been designed for a select few sites within the community that require a structure that can lightly bridge steep terrain. This house spans over the spectacular ravines, and offers the homeowner a one-of-a-kind living experience. With this home's expansive glazing, the connection to the surrounding landscape is magnificent.

This unique home offers one story living with views up and down the forested ravine that it bridges. The homeowner can choose to incorporate an attached flex space that can be used as a studio, office, bedroom or other purpose. As with the other homes, an additional flex space can be added as a separate structure. Finally, a small gathering space can also be added offering a quieter space oriented to take advantage of views up the ravine.
